Highways and Speed Data.
Most of the road network in Poringland is the responsibility of Norfolk County Council, the Highway Authority. Reporting problems such as potholes and other damage is easily done through Norfolk County Council's reporting system, which can be found here:

Poringland Parish Council operates a 'SAM2' traffic monitoring machine which is used to record the volume and speed of traffic in specific locations. Using this data we can work with other authorities to lobby for road improvements by evidencing increased road use, or work with the police to show them the most common locations and times when speeding occurs. The data the SAM2 has recorded is shown below:
