Here's a wordcloud based on some of the hundreds of comments we've already received ... it gives you a good clue to what the Poringland Neighbourhood Plan contains!

Neighbourhood Plans are community led planning documents, and we really want to hear from YOU,
so please give us your views on any of the polices
 in the draft Plan

THANK YOU!

The clock is ticking!

your Parish Council is formally undertaking a
six week consultation
in line with Government regulations.

This means that our draft Neighbourhood Plan which has been in development since summer 2017 and has been drawn up following extensive consultation and engagement work with the local community is now ready for YOU, as a resident of Poringland, to read, digest and share your feedback by the deadline date above.

It is also 'out for consultation' with other agencies, including South Norfolk Council, neighbouring parishes, environmental agencies and utility companies.

They too must reply within this 6 week consultation period.

When the consultation period closes on         March 27th,  all feedback collected is then reviewed, and the Poringland Neighbourhood Plan is amended to ensure that it reflects the majority views of the local community.

Please click the link below to launch the Plan ... it is over 40 pages long, so may take a little while to load. If you'd rather view a printed copy, please call in to the Poringland Library, the Parish Council office, or drop us an email and we'll post one out to you.

How can you give feedback?

The easiest way is to download the feedback form. You can download  as a PDF (which can be printed off, filled in by hand and returned to us) or as a WORD document which can be saved to your computer, completed online, re-saved and then emailed to us as an attachment.

Please note, the form comprises 4 sides, or two pages, of A4 paper.

Alternatively, a copy can be posted out to you,  just contact us on the details below.

You can write us a letter if you'd prefer, or email your feedback directly on the email given below.

[email protected]

Remember though, you must include your name and address and, where appropriate, your organisation details along with your feedback in order for your views to be considered.

We would therefore strongly advise you to use the form as it makes collating the data quicker and easier.
