The applicant wishing to build 9 dwellings and a commercial unit on Overtons Way has appealed South Norfolk Council's decision to refuse planning permission. The Parish Council has sent it's comments on the appeal to the Planning Inspectorate. Our response can be accessed here and the applicant's statement of case here. We felt it was important to bring to the attention of the Planning Inspectorate the relevant policies in the newly adopted Neighbourhood Plan, which at the time of decision by the Local Planning Authority held significant weight.
