South Norfolk Council is in the process of reviewing the governance arrangements for parish councils in the district. Phase 2 of the consultation process has opened, and South Norfolk are keen to hear the views of residents on how they would like their local parish council to look. In Poringland, the proposal is to combine Poringland and Framingham Earl Parish Councils, with warding (proportional representation) arrangements for each of the villages.
